Mamo TCV has authored the Malta Guide on the Merger Filers Global Legal Guide. The Guide is a collective effort among leading competition lawyers, providing information on the merger control rules in a number of jurisdictions worldwide covering areas such as how mergers are to be notified to the relevant competent authorities, the process of merger notification, and appeal processes. It also provides summaries of merger decisions taken by the competent authorities of each jurisdiction and will be periodically updated to include recent decisions. |
